Capacidad de salto vertical en jóvenes de la Universidad del Valle-Cali

Se realizó una investigación con 130 estudiantes (66 hombres y 64 mujeres) matriculados en la asignatura deporte formativo de la Universidad del Valle (Edad: 19,84 ± 1,66 años, talla: 165,14 ± 9,22 cm, masa: 61,10 ± 11,32 Kg.). Metodología: se tomaron la masa y la talla, y se hicieron pruebas de salto vertical y largo. Resultados: se observaron diferencias significativas (p<0,05) entre el nivel de desempeño en el salto vertical Abalakov y las variables de salto largo, salto vertical en contra movimiento, índice de utilización de brazos, e índice de masa corporal. No se encontraron diferencias significativas con la talla total.Descargas
